Mag 10 with an ISO diet (Bill ,anyone)

My goal is to shed body fat and gain muscle. So I’ve been thinking, what if I use MAG 10 and Methoxy-7,
With calories set @ 12 * bodyweight eating ISO (the 1/3 diet).
Could this fly?

Well, you could, but the fat wouldn’t have
the degree of benefit it does when training naturally (avoiding the depression of natural testosterone that occurs with low-fat isn’t an issue here.) So I’d prefer getting more calories from protein and carbs, in about
equal proportions.

But to some extent that’s fine tuning – I’m sure you can get excellent fat loss results and possibly strength gains on the isocaloric diet at 12 cal/lb/day. Whether you can get
muscle mass gains I doubt, past a possible initial increase of a few pounds.
