I’m 16 1\2, I’ve been liftin since I was 9. Since then I’ve made some crazy strength gains but barely any size. I alternate between the T-Dawg diet and Massive Eating, usually spending more time on T-Dawg because the ab fat I pack on during the latter scares me. I want to try Mag-10. Is this safe? Keep ym age in mind. I’m doin’ it because I can neither gain muscular size and I’ve hit a very long plateau
if u have to ask, then you’re probably too young. you can gain if you eat right, change your workouts. I gained 30 pounds from 16-17 years of age. dont be afraid to gain a little fat when you’re getting bigger. You can always cut down later.
