mag-10 questions

I’ve been away for a while and I wanted to gather as much info as possible on mag-10 before starting my cycle.I can’t find the support groups in the search engine,any help?
Which kind of training would be best:growth surge one a day,hst or three days a week one hit x bodypart higher in volume than usual?
After the cycle how would you act to retain max gains without getting too fat(for example #of calories % of p-c-f…,when reintroduce cardio,some sprints…)
