Has anyone ever done MAG-10 pulses with a one solid meal? I just finsihed my second pulse and it was awesome! lots of energy for workouts. I thought that it might be worthwile to try a three to four pulses during the day and have one healthy solid meal. The mixture of supps would be reduced. Instead of 2000ml, maybe 1600 with the appropriate scoops of MAG-10 and Power Drive.
Im just thinking out loud and maybe this has already bee discussed.
