anybody know if you should still wait an hour after your cardio/conditioning to pulse with MAG-10? i use Surge Workout Fuel before and during conditioning and have been going with whey immediately after. im just wondering if it would be more beneficial to pulse with MAG-10 right after, or wait an hour like it says to do after lifting, or just use MAG-10 after lifting.
