I am now using Mag-10 both Mon 12 caps a day and thurs 12 caps. Should my hardest workouts, say legs and CHest and back fall on these days, or does the day after the dose hold a improved recovery benefits also. My body tells me yes, but i am wondering if this has been talked about or studied at all???thanks to anyone who can answer

Come Monday, give Biotest Customer Service a call at 800-525-1940 (or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org) and find out when Mag-10 hits peak levels and what the half life is. Since protein synthesis pretty well returns to baseline after 24 hours, you could then make a more informed decision on the timing of your supps and your workouts.
