Hey guys, i just ordered a couple buckets of MAG-10. I'm using it without any of the Anaconda protocol. I plan on taking 2 scoops during the workout. my question is, does anyone take it postworkout aswell?
i know CT has shifted to the pre/during nutrition but i am wondering if there would be any advantages to taking 1 scoop post workout aswell? or should i just eat a high protein meal after my workout? thanks.
