Hello all, I am currently cutting weight and have lowered my body fat down to around 7%. I weigh about 215 and my diet is extremely clean and precise. My question is has anyone experience any water retention while on mag-10. Also, has the use of M while on mag-10 kept water retention down and kept you hard? I am doing a contest and have experienced some strength loss with the fat loss and want to keep if not increase strength w/out water retention. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
What does strength have to with a contest? In regards to water retention, there won’t be much if you keep your sodium intake low and your water intake high. The inital 3 lbs. or so that is typically gained in the first day or two is generally glycogen & water weight but will be lost once calories are returned to baseline. What is your goal?
