Has anyone tried mag10 on maintenance cals, and with what results? My goal is to lose bf and gain some lbm at the same time, could this be attainable using this approach?
Look in the MAG-10 Support Group threads. The first one. Seems that several did this successfully. Just remember to eat all protein and carb meals and keep the fat low.
I was actually thinking along similar lines for my 2nd cycle. After the first one, even though I don’t think I went ridiculous with the calories or fats, I obviously put on more fat than I cared to. I was thinking of lowering my carbs (400 is just way too much for me) but keeping the prot high and fats low.
