Just interested in anyone’s results while using Meltdown Training with Mag10. Muscle gain, fat loss, caloric intake, dosage, etc… Thanks!
This is something I’m considering too. I figure Mag-10 would assist in preventing Muscle loss, and possibly help gain muscle while losing fat.
Would meltdown training be a good hypertrophy program to follow while using MAG-10? I’m planning on giving it a shot since meltdown is a pretty radical change from my current routines. I plan on upping my calories considerably and ditching the cardio/jump rope. Anybody out there have any success with a similar protocol?
Use a higher volume program like ‘growth surge’ or even GV2k.
