Bill/Brock/Chris–Would there be any benefit to using Mag-10 during Meltdown training. I’m primarily concerned with fat loss at this time. The plan is for 1st week meltdown, 2nd & 3rd week Meltdown + Mag 10, 4th week Meltdown + M/Tribex, week 5 M/Tribex & Rest. I’m hoping to maintain current muscle mass while maximizing fat loss. Will most likely use T-Dawg diet during the whole ordeal. Any Advice?
I AM CURRENTLY PLANNING TO DO THE SAME THING. I AM A TRAINER AT DON ALESSI’S FACILTY IN BUFFALO, AND HE AND I THINK THAT MAG-10 COULD CERTAINLY CREATE AN ANOBOLIC ENVIRONMENT FROM HELL WHEN USING MELTDOWN TRAINING. THE HIGH LEVELS OF GROWTH HORMONE FROM THE TRAINING, PLUS THE ANABOLIC EFFECTS OF MAG 10 WILL SURELY ADD QUALITY MUSCLE TO YOUR BODY WHILE STRIPPING BODYFAT ALONG WITH IT. IM READY TO GIVE IT A GO, AND YOU SHOULD TO.
