Just received my shipment of Legacy formula MAG-10 and noticed the warning about using this without a physican reccomendation if you have low “good” cholosterol (HDL)
What are the risks?

If using the product for prolonged periods of time and outside of the recommended 2 week on, 2 week off cycling protocol, the obvious risk is a further decrease in HDL and an increase in the risk for cardiovascular disease. Provided that you use the product as directed however, this shouldn’t be an issue.
