im new to the forum, but ive been reading on it for quite awhile now. ive just completed my first cycle of mag-10 and i and very pleased with my success with it. though i have gained some fat, me and a friend have been thinking about using hot-rox to trim down a lil… im tryin to make a good impression for next year (ill be a senior) ive heard a lot of talk about carbs, and ive been wondering how many carbs i should take in. and what part they play in my body. thanks for any help!
