I’ve been keeping up to date with everyone’s posts on MAG 10. I got sort of confused when I heard people talking about using MAG 10 to put on mass, then hearing people using MAG 10 to cut down. Considering it’s time for cutting down for summer, is it legit to use MAG 10 for this goal? For example, keeping a high protein-low carb diet at around 2,500 calories. Would this help put on a significant amount of lean muscle without the fat? How much body fat increase have all you seen when using mag 10 to bulk up? Thanks.
