Last Tuesday I had acromioplasty on my right shoulder(see shoulder surgery thread) and in the midst of doing my rehab. It is going extremely well as far as range of motion but as one would suspect internal rotation is way stronger than external.
I am also doing a full body workout 3 times a week but not using the injured shoulder. EC’s Train the uninjured limb.
Is MAG-10 advised to aid in the recovery process or should it used for my post recovery strength cycle?
