Anyone ever use Mag 10 during the fate fast diet yet? If so, how were the results?
used it, results were nice, strengh plummeted for me (but hey at least I found out that yes I do need carbs to function hehe) didn’t lose much LBM (visual calcuation however). Took 2 doses on day 1 then 1 dose thereafter.
