hey fellas, is it ok to take the 6 MAG-10 before i go to bed, or should i take 3 in the morning and 3 at night?
If doing a single dose per day, you can either do the recommended protocol of all six in the morning or split the dose between three in the morning and three in the late afternoon/early evening.
