I am trying the Mag 10 work out program. I can not seem to find all the necessary componets on the web site for the right numbers in diets. I weigh 155lbs and did the calorie formula deal. How do I calculate total protien and carbs per day? Can not find this on John Berardi’s diet articles. (ok no lame replies if its there and I passed over it; those articles are super long with tons of links in the articles.)
Anyhelp would be awesome.
