I was just wondering if there’s a special way that you’re supposed to take Mag-10… Is it sort of a sublingual deal? - Empty stomach? - Or do you just simply swallow the stuff?
If you’re not dieting, you should never really have an empty stomach to take Mag-10 on, anyway. Just take it.
