I checked the archives but couldn’t find the answer…how long would I need to be off of Mag-10 in order to safely pass a urine test? Even a rough estimate will work…thanks.
What makes you think MAG-10 would show up on a drug test?
4-AD-EC is banned by some sports, so if it is for athletics then 1 week may suffice but 2 weeks would be better. If the urine test is for anything else then don’t sweat it because they won’t test for either ingredient.
