I took advantage of the buy Mag-10 get 4-AD-EC
offer. I want to know how i should use these two products. Should i take them together or use the Mag-10 first and then the 4-AD-EC?
Also when should i throw in the Tribex 500 and M cycle. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Tribex and M always come after MAG-10 or 4-AD-EC. Not sure about mixing MAG and 4-AD though. MAG-10 already contains 4-AD-EC. I have heard of some doing two weeks of MAG-10 then an extra week of 4-AD-Ec though.
I would take a single dose of each per day. You are really supposed to take a double does of either on if that is all you have, so a single dose of each one should suffice nicely. As for which one to take when. I don’t think it really matters. Good luck with your cycle. Make sure you get plenty of protein and train hard.

I thought you were supposed to take 4-AD once a day?
I’m already one week into a single-dose mag-10
cycle. Would it be beneficial to take the 4-AD-EC right after my mag-10 cycle, since it it too late for me to take them at the same time. Thanks to everyone with the great info!
