People seem to enjoy reading the logs so I figured I’d log my upcoming 2 week run.
I haven’t used anything for almost a year so it’s time to scratch the itch.
I will be running a double dose of MAG-10 legacy (880mg/day) along with a single dose of 4AD-EC (300mg/day).
I have been doing a westside style program for a while now and I will be doing a 2 a day, 3 on 1 off high volume program for the cycle. I started monday with what I will call the primer phase. I’ll run through the routine once and then take a few days off before starting the cycle. I’ve had issues on past cycles with being so sore after the first run through the routine that I end having to take more then 1 day off which really friggs up a cycle this short.
i can post the routine I’ll be using if anyone would like to see it.
Right now I’m looking at about 4,800 cals/day but that may have to be adjusted depending on how things go.
Supps include the usual. Daily multi vit, 3-4 grams of vit C, 15 grams of fish oil, BCAA’s, ZMA, 10g of creatine, and 200mg of caffeine before lifting.
I probably won’t have time to check in every day, but I’ll try to give updates every few days.
