I’ve been working out Macros for cutting but I can’t decide what would be best I’ve made 4 laid out but I’m wondering about your opinions and which you would actually think would be best for me, I run in the mornings post breakfast and train with Madcows in the evening, these are my selected macros:
2200-2300 Calories daily for 170lbs BW to drop weight.
50% Protein - 1100 calories. 1100/4 (4 calories to each gram of protein) = 275g
30% Carbs - 660 calories. 660/4 (4 calories to each gram of carboydrate) = 165g
20% Fats - 430 calories. 430/9 (9 calories to each gram of fat) = 47g
or:
40% Protein - 880 calories. 880/4 = 220g
40% Carbs - 880 calories. 880/4 = 220g
20% Fats - 440 calories. 440/9 = 49g
or:
40% Protein - 880 calories. 880/4 = 220g
25% Carbs - 546 calories. 546/4 = 136g
35% Fats - 774 calories 774/9 = 86g
or:
165x4=660Cals Carbs 30%
220x4=880cals Protein 40%
73x9=660cals Fats 30%
What do you guys think would be the better of the four in all honesty?
Thanks.
PS: To anyone that’s ever helped in the past and I’ve either blatenly ignored the advice you’ve given or I’ve ever annoyed, just thought I’d give an apology. Too many posts and too many routine changes = bad gains, bad rep.
I think you’ll get similar results with any of those diets. Plus, unless you’re very meticulous with measuring, errors could make the one diet turn into another easily.
I like d public’s way of approaching things anyway.
They’re all similar enough to where you’d need to try it out for yourself and tweak the differences.
