Macropairings Made Easy for Women

I don’t really do the macro pairings beyond the protein with every meal. So… I guess that means that I do, I just don’t pay attention to it.

So what is the opinion in regards to macro pairings? Do you folks still do that, or do you just try to get in your total macronutrients by the end of your eating day?
