Macronutrients Per Meal for Females

Hello, I have argued with my girlfriend that she could/should concentrate on her daily carb-intake in breakfast,PW-shake and meal after and the rest of the three meals can be P+F- meals. However she insisted to digest all equal size of P+C+F-meals due to the lack off total calories. I do understand her point of view to get more to eat in every meal since total cals are such a low. she also stated that when having carbs in each meal she could maintain her blood sugar levels stable. I disagree with that. P+F meal remain BSL rather stable too.
Any comments?
