I’m sure you have heard of the workout Pavel T. worte for MM a couple of years ago. He outlined a program where you perform one set of pushups at different intervals throughout the day. Each day, he said to vary the intensity. Some days, you will perform 30% of you max number of pushups at one hour intervals, the next day might be 25% at 20 intervals and so on. Can the same type of workout be done for the lower body? If so, what exercise would you use?
