Hey guys, I am by no means a newb to weightlifting and most supplements. I bought a few bottles of Legal Gear MEthyy 1 test and I got some MAG-10 Legacy formula as well. I posted a couple months ago and i got some pretty good advice to stay in te gym and get a good muscle build before i jumpo into the prohormones.
Well i have reached a few of my goals alot faster than expected. In Jan i was 5"10, 185 lbs, Bench 275,squat 365 and i worked out with 315 on romanian and stiff leg deadlifts.
Now, I am 190 lbs, and i won a bench meet at my university when i benched 315 powerlifting style. My squat and deadlift are the same becasue i hurt my nacle severly mid feb.
I have some Power Drive, Multi vitamins and a bottle of Liv 52(livercare) from Himalaya, and some milk thistle. I was wondering if i need to get some ZMA and Tribulus for post cycle.
Anyways, since i am 20, turning 21 in june, I was wondering which prohormone i should tkae and how long and what i shpuld follow up with to raise my natural test levels back up.
So really, to cut to the chase, I was wondering if some one could help me out with the most efficient stack from these products. And i also want the safest one too. Thank you for your time and patience.
