M1T, 4AD Cycle

Hello fellow workout fanatics!
I am about to begin a cycle of M1T stacked w/ 4AD, and I am posting this to do two things. One to receive valuable feedback, and two to leave my experience available for others to access.
I am 23 years old, 6’3", body fat percentage is currently 8%, and my weight is currently 195.lbs.
Max. Bench: 275 for 2 solid
Max. Deadlift: 315
Max. Squat: 375*(not a full squat due to ACL surgery)
Max. Power Clean: 205

Here’s what my cycle will look like:
Prep:
1 week of Milk Thistle
1st Week:
900mg oral 4AD

2nd-6th Week:
900mg oral 4AD
10mg M1T
300mg Hawthorne Berry(I might be slightly prone to high blood pressure)
300mg Saw Palmetto

7th Week:
900mg oral 4AD
300mg Hawthorne Berry
300mg Saw Palmetto
300mg Milk Thistle

8th Week:
900mg oral 4AD
300mg Milk Thistle
300mg 6-oxo

9th-16th Week:
300mg Milk Thistle
300mg NAC
600mg 6-oxo(I will be scaling down the amount each week for this)
3000mg Alpha Male
500mg ZMA

Of course I would love to use Nolvadex instead of 6-oxo, but I don’t have access to it. Also, I realize that M1T is probably more toxic than most steroids, but once again at this point I don’t have connections to such items.
I do know that one my local gyms has members who could probably hook me up if I starting working out there, but I’m not positive I want to switch gyms for that reason alone.
I live close to Mexico, so many times I’ve debated trying to cruise down there for proper supplements, but I haven’t built up the balls yet.

I’d appreciate any feedback about my cycle.
My main goal is to get to 210.lbs, but I’m going to focus on increasing my strength for maxing out.

Where to start. Why are you starting the 4-AD for a week. Save it for PCT. The milk thistle will probly help more since both the M1T and 4-AD are oral.

I would like to make some suggestions. I think that you should put off your cycle until later. I think you can still make good gains with some nutritional changes. Posting some other stats may help like previous training experence.

I hope you try to seek other routes before jumping on this wagon. I think this would just further enhace your results when you do start. Just my opinion.

Here’s some previous training info:
Years Lifting:7
Athletic Experience: Cross Country Runner in highschool( team Captain for 2 years), this definately kept me from gaining, I was 6’3" and weighed 155.lbs
Also played basketball in highschool and a year in junior college. Tried out for a UC my junior year in college and winded up tearing my ACL and lateral meniscus.

Got up to around 185.lbs by the time I was 21 years old on a relatively loose workout and diet, but after that gains became harder and harder to come by.

At age 22 I did a cycle of 1AD and 4AD and gained about ten pounds weighing in at 200.lbs.

Then I ended up in the middle of a big brawl that gave me a couple of cracked ribs and a mild concussion, and set me back in the gym by months.

Now I’m back to a good routine with at least 3 days a week in the gym and about a 5000 calorie diet. I’ve been at a plateau of 195.lbs for a little while, and I’m looking to break through.
I’m a certified personal trainer, but I don’t train anyone right now, instead I bartend for a living.

Thanks for posting your training history hopefully other more experienced individuals will chime in.

Hows your knee after the ACL injury? Any problems with it? You might want to make sure that your knee is in good working order and that you have fixed or fixing any other physiological problems before starting. I think that starting your cycle before your body is fully ready would not be good.

In reference to nutrition, If you seem to level off at or around 5k calories add another 250 and re-evalute. You may need to add more there is no set number. We are both very similar in age and hieght, but realize that what works for me may not work for someone else. It could be what your eating? take a close look and or keep a food log. I know this helps alot and lets you actually see what your eating?

I took another look at your cycle and I would not suggest you go over 10mg/day on the M1T. Someone else posted on this same forum about M1T. Give it a look if you haven’t already. I believe there was some good advice there (don’t remember).

I have ran something similar to this. Here are my thoughts. Start the M1t as soon as you start the 4-ad. Run the M1t 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 3 more weeks on. Run 4-ad the whole time. Drink a ton of water, at least 1 gal a day. Milk thistle and letchin granules will help the liver. I would not go over 10 mgs/day on the M1t. There is no need to take the 4-AD while on the M1t, that would be over kill. His T-level will be high enough on the M1T alone. The 4-AD from what I have read should be used during PCT, which will help keep T-levels around normal when M1T is no longer being taken. It all depends on what you want to accomplish. The m1t 4ad stack is basically what MAG-10 was. If you run those 2 together you will see some nice gains. I got much better results when I combined the 2 as opposed to just running 1 by itself. And IMO 6 weeks is a long time to run a methel test product without a break. If you are worried about “crashing” coming off of this, either keep going with the 4-ad, or get some decent pct in order.

I was thinking of trying 2 wks on, 2 wks off, 2wks on, but I could definately run 3on, 2off, 3on.

I am really brand new to the whole supplement game. I just recently, 2 months ago, started working out(1st time in the past 6 years) I weigh about 175 at 6 ft. tall.
Max Bench is around 290
Max Incline is around 270
Squat is real low at 315
Power Clean 250
Dead Lift is 360

Heard about 1AD and researched it just got it, haven’t started taking it yet, was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers on how to take it and what to take it with to maximize my gains any help would be helpful.

I have done this cycle 3 times now and had very good results. My cycle did differ abit. I used legal gear m1t and m4ad stack, never used just 4ad. This cycle works best for size gains, didn’t have that much strength gains though. I took 20mg of both per day, used liv 52 (you can get it over the net) M for an anti-estrogen, increased calories alot to 4500 a day. Used for 2 weeks on and 2 off for 3 cycles took red kat on off weeks gained 16 lbs. I used the 40/40/20 method for food. works great for size, for me at least.
