M-Tor 20 Min Muscle Builder



I had a quick question, how would you integrate the m-Tor Pathway into the 20 minute muscle builder? Or even would it be practical to integrate it, due to the limit of time (i.e. only 20 minutes)?

Do your warm-up sets (1 or 2) and first REP of the set of 5 mTor style (very slow eccentric)
