M-10 dosage

I may get clowned on this but oh well. My question is what would be better for me or any lifter for that matter? To take 2 doses for 2 weeks and off for another 2 or to spread the M-10 out for a longer period? To me it seems to make mor esnese to spread it out to keep your body in that type o environment longer but thats just me. Any opinions?
