Add a band to balance the weight through the range
Now that you mention it I have a cable machine And have ankle strap attachments I should try these. A lot of my smaller gym stuff is still boxed up so I forget about a lot of things like that.
As to the standing curls using that lying leg curl, I have tried it and it didn’t work. It might work if I adjust the pivot point forward to allow room for my leg to get in there, but how it is now it extremely hyper extends my leg (only) while standing if that makes sense.
Yea I’ve definitely done that and tried some different bands. It does change things.
