Vinny's Strongman Log II Training Logs

Alright, so many reasons to start a new log. For one, I lost my original account so I can’t rename the misleading title of my previous log to something better. Secondly, I’m changing the pace of things. Took a long break from strongman to work out some kinks, but mostly to cultivate some useful static strength of which I felt I lacked.
