Other than log pressing, if you could name one exercise which played the biggest part in improving it, what would it be?

It is hard to say if there is one specific exercise that has helped the most with the log since I include a lot of variation in my training.

To give you a more direct answer I feel that incline bench press does have good carryover and is worthwhile if you push press the log.
