Lunge Stretch

Hi

I was just wondering about the lunge stretches such as those used in Neanderthal No More. In particular I’m wanting to know about the angle of the pelvis. I find that the pelvis of the leg that goes back tends to sink meaning that side is lower than the right.

Is this appropriate for the stretch or should I be aiming to keep the pelvis level?

Try to keep a straight line across the hips.

If it’s the stretch I’m thinking of, check the pic above. If that’s not the same stretch, let me know.
