SS chins 6 x5
Incline DB squeeze press 50-10 x3
Machine flyes 115-10 x3 held stretch, ouch

Ok session after laying tile all day.

Felt not so good walking in, great walking out. Didn’t expect much on pulls but felt decent. Lower back ache was actually gone at end.

Strongman handle carries 160s x4 that was a challenge.

Decent session considering didn’t get enough sleep last night.
