Lumbar Disc Herniation, Adjustments to Programs?

As the Topic says I’ve got a herniated lumbar disc. There is no indication for surgery and it makes me no problems (usually).
As far as it goes for training , I avoid heavy free weights, actually only10-15 kg.

I’ve bought your 2 books (The best plan…). Of course there are heavy squats, deadlifts.

What would you recommend instead of them to obtain some comparable results?
