This will now be my third try at this log thing here at T-Nation. The others kind of withered and died due to my lack of commitment. I’m trying it again, for shits and giggles sake. Also having to put something in the internet universe will keep me honest.
Age - 30 (birthday yesterday)
Weight - 247 (fat mostly)
Best Lifts - Squat - 315, Bench 235 , Deadlift - 410, Military - Untested
One year goals - Squat - 365, Bench -265, Deadlift - 440, Military - 185
I picked one year out for two reasons. A. It gives me exactly one year to my birthday, and 31 sounds like a good age to be a shit load stronger, and B. I want to be strong and in kick ass shape for my wedding that will be roughly the same time.
As this is the strength training area of the site I won’t bore you with my fat loss portion, just know that I plan on doing so.
Tonight is night 1 on the 5.3.1. If anyone decides to read this I’ll be posting what I do later tonight.
