Lowest % of Fat Acceptable in a Keto Diet?

Hi guys,

Over the last few weeks I’ve been roll’n on about 6 muscle milk shakes a day only…6 per day gave me the protein grams needed to maintain muscle…I’d have ‘em all around noon and fast prior to and after that. A little bird told me being get much pop-fat loss wise -from that diet, so I’m looking to change it.

Ideally I wouldnt change much, because shakes are easy and quick to eat, this I feel fuller faster and am less likely to cheat…

I’m curious as to the absolute minimal % of fat I can go with here…or any other quick/easy suggestions
