The two heavyest lifters in my gym do 160-170 kg on squats prob around 5 sets 10-15 reps. They take the weight down near failure at probably 6-8 reps and do lighter weight until failure again. I am just wondering what this does and if i should use it. I am doing 140kg squats 6-10 reps 5 sets myself at the moment.
