so i was reading on this lowering leptin to lose weight.....so lets say ur on a diet and monday ur on it (for example t-dawg diet) and then tuesday ur on the diet also but u have a cheat meal to lower ur leptin levels and then the next day ur back on the diet with lower leptin so u lose more weight and u keep cycling that....is that how it works? can someone please explain ?
I think you have it backwards. You want to INCREASE serum leptin levels, but only for short periods of time--spikes. Do a search for "The Cheater's Diet," and it should answer your questions.
