So i probably sound retarded asking but how do you get the lower V below your abbs? I swear this has to be genetic. I’ve done and still do everything, Russian Twists, heavy squats, deadlifts power cleans v ups and have seen no results. My body fat is around 7% and my hipbones stick out, I am a college sprinter, have a 6pack but no lower lower V!!! Please help!
The lean ‘appearance’ of your lower ab/pelvic area is matter of diet, not any exercises you do. At what relative BF% they appear is genetic indeed.
I know when I take a deep belly breath while softly flexing my abs/core, it becomes more pronounced.
