I’ve taken this week off from hitting the gym, something I like to do every few months. My question is , I’ve noticed that my libido has not been as strong this week. The last month it has been out of control, I mean I cannot be around in a room with women without feeling the urge to jump on them. However, toward the end of this week, it hasn’t been quite as strong.
One thing, I have cut out caffeiene quite a bit. I started taking Spike, which I am quite fond of, so I curtailed the caffeine intake. Is there a possible connection between the lack of caffiene and sex drive, or is this prob. due to the possible lower t by not lifting. Thanks.
