Lower High Blood Pressure Naturally

Getting the rda for potassium (like 3000-4000 mg./day) and sodium intake down to <2000 does a lot of good if thats a problem.

A lot of people have that almost exactly backwards.

My systolic is always on the borderline whenever I get BP taken.

Yeah, sugar cravings top my list, but salt cravings are a contender.

Unbeknownst to me, @fitafter40 , I’d also hit it with some sriracha for my favorite combo of sweet/spicy.
