Lower Body Session - Sled Add On Question

Hi Coach, i hope you are well. I was just wondering what is your opinion of the added Sled Work to this Lower Body routine detailed below? Would it be too much aggregate volume as i am already performing the traditional weight portion twice a week?

Activation
Jump Squat  
 3-4 x 3

A) Squat Variation
Ramping sets of 11 x 3-5 reps

B) Squat or Deadlift Variation
Ramping sets of 5 x 3-5 reps

C) Leg Extension or Lying Leg Curl
3-4 x 8-12

D) Prowler Pushing
3-4 x 30m

E) Backwards Sled Dragging
3-4 x 30m

F) Sled Pull Through
3-4 x 30m

G) Forwards Sled Dragging
3-4 x 30m

Well I once used that much sled work with hockey players. But that was at the beginning of my career,working with freak athletes who had a humongous work capacity and nothing to do but train all summer.

In retrospect that was too much volume. A “normal” individual would not benefit from that. I would use 1-2 sled variations per workout, tops.
