Lower Body Only Training

I am forced to train “Lower Body Only” for about a month due to tendonitis in my left elbow, which I’m currently going to PT for. Any suggestions on how to do this? Will deadlifts hurt my elbow? Any recomendations on sets/reps/exercises/times per week would be appreciated. Just so you know, I was in the middle of my second round of TBT when sidelined with this injury. Thanks.

Why not continue with TBT, but just perform the lower body exercises?
