Lower Body HIIT Help (Not Running)

Basically I’ve tweaked one of my hamstrings in a way that makes running or jogging painful at the moment, whereas other lower-body HIIT like cycling is fine. I did my usual cycling HIIT 2 days ago though, and today I’d usually do hill sprints, but that’s obviously out of the picture now. Anyone have any alternative suggestions that will give me a good seeing too? How about skipping/jump rope HIIT?

Elliptical is good to me, have you tried it? I’d just do cycling again, personally…
