Ive just came across the 12 week program on the elitefts site and i like the look of it as it 3days per week and fits my schedule better with work and family. Couple questions if you dont mind. 1 Do i run through the whole 12 weeks then deload? 2 are the 3 prowler sessions to be mixed up during the week? 3 is assistance true Wendler fashion ie 50-100 reps and also dont have a back raise machine so would Good Morning work here?
