I’ve been squatting 275 for 4-5 reps for the past couple of weeks and just today, on the second rep on my second set, there was a tweak in the lower left area of my back. Stopped right after that happened and started stretching the area.
Now, a couple of hours later, it hurts a lot turning around in bed and getting up from bed there’s a lot of pain the area that I can barely stand up which does get better after walking around a bit.
There’s no pain anywhere else apart from the tweaked area. Just wondering could this be a herniated disc or is it just a muscle issue? Needless to say I’m gonna take a while off of lower body training to let it heal up.
