Lower Back Strain


the pain started the morning 3 days after the running. now it’s been 40 days already the pain certainly got better but i still can’t walk normally, can’t rise my right leg straight up, kick a ball or running.

the pain on my front calf sometimes hurt even more i have no idea why. i can’t bend my foot toward my front calf, it felt so weak.

i can ride bike, climbing stairs and rest without pain. went to the a GP, he said it’s just strain.

massage and heat can always reduce the pain for a while.

what should i do, is it normal that a strain can last this long?

Go see a doctor/chiro. If you’ve got back pain lasting 40 days, this is an issue.
