Done some heavy deadlifts a week ago and finished with a sore patch (Between top of right ass cheek and lower back) unsure what muscle it would be? Have done the old Hot/Cold treatment but a week later still there? Doesn’t affect heavy squatting just DL’s. Just finished a couple lighter sets and still notice it, any Idea’s (muscle type/treatment)
